I am Mary Hintze, a seasoned IT Senior Leader with over four decades of experience working in the International Banking sector. I have worked as a developer, designer, delivery manager, solution architect, and agile coach. Since early 2016, I have been coaching IT professionals helping them identify their values, strengths, and abilities in support of their personal and professional goals. My coaching style is values based, helping clients to find their authentic approach to their life and work challenges. I believe in allowing clients to have autonomy in their coaching process, trusting and believing in my clients’ abilities to understand themselves and their needs, and meeting them where they are.
